…To have the life that you dream of means you’ll spend most of your time doing something that you’re passionate about.

To get clear on what you’re passionate about, take time to give yourself the time and space to really dream.

You’ll turn passion into purpose, by creating a plan that will help you to have the life you dream of, give these things a go…..

·      Think about possibilities, not limitations.

·      Ignore comparisons people make between you and someone who is like you.

·      Change the game you’re playing, don’t let the game change you.

·      Spend time with friends and family, who help level you up.

·      Go back to your youth. Do things you used to enjoy, and you were (hopefully still are) very good at.

Doing these things should make you feel you’ve got it in you to be who you want to be and get what you want in your life.

Now you’re feeling like a go’ getter’, make yourself a Vision Board.

A Vision Board is a collection of images, visuals, and drawings to represent your visions and missions. Each one is an inspiration board that can help clarify your aspirations, so you can manifest your vision. This collection of visuals can be physical or digital.

Vision boards focus on creating a visual representation of your ‘personal vision statement’. E.G. My personal vision statement is:

“I envision a future where I am a successful entrepreneur, using my creativity and innovation to make a positive impact on society. I will strive to build a business that aligns with my values and creates opportunities for others. I will work towards building a life that allows me to embrace my curiosity and take risks.”

When you are in a state of stress, you can feel as though you do not have control over what is happening in your life or career and can fall into reaction-based behaviour. In contrast, when you move into a more balanced state, you have a sense of inner control about what is happening in your life.

A balanced mind has equanimity and compassion. Signs you’ll have if your mind is unbalanced are: you’re quite reactive being guided mainly by emotions and this might make you quite aggressive.

A balanced mind generally refers to a state of mental equilibrium where one can maintain stability and clarity in your thoughts, emotions, and actions. It involves being able to manage stress, make decisions rationally, maintain perspective, and handle life's challenges with resilience.

Here are some details about how what you want to be when you’re in your youth that can change as you get older. See if you’re have had a change of your life’s dreams.

Until I was in my 20s, I dreamt about being a professional dancer. I started doing ballet aged 2 years old. I got a degree in Theatre dance after I got my A-Levels. I was very good at it, and I dreamt about being an internationally known very successful dancer and singer.

When I turned 25, I still loved to dance my socks off, but my dreams had turned into me becoming a successful communicator = writer. Here I am being what I dreamed of being – a writer of blogs and books = an author. I’m sure this is because I’m a natural born chatterbox, and a people person, who has a great imagination (even if I do say so myself). Now when I write, I listen to music and have a little boogie when the music has my: feet tapping, while I’m typing.  These things happen in time to the music’s beats.

Did you have an ambition when you were younger than you are now and did the dream life you wanted not happened, because your life’s dreams changed?

If you’re at a stage in your life, when you’re not sure when you’re not sure whether to stick to something you’ve always known, so you’re doing it well. Try saying these mantras to yourself every morning and throughout your day. They’ll help you to believe in yourself and know your life’s dream can happen for you now.

“Today I will work towards creating the life that I dream of. I am worthy of it”.

“I am on the timeline that is right for me. I am not distracted by the pace at which others move”.

“I emit positive energy and see the good in situations”.

“My views are worthy of being heard. I can express my opinion with confidence”.

“I am attracting opportunities by keeping a gratitude mindset”.

“I can see beyond my anxiety – it does not define me”.

“I can cast out negativity. I will not be distracted from pursuing my goals”.

If you only have time each morning to say one life dream manifestation, say this one:

“I am worthy of my wildest dreams. They are within my reach – I can reach far enough to make my life’s dreams become my reality”.

To add to these feel good ways - tell yourself you can get your life dreams to happen, you should practice mindfulness.

Mindfulness involves focusing on the present moment without judgment. It can help you become more aware of your thoughts and emotions, allowing you to respond to situations more calmly and thoughtfully.

Also…

eating a balanced healthy diet, plus doing some exercise will help you to sleep better – giving you the get up and go to achieve making your life dreams happen for you now.

Cultivate self-awareness: Understanding your own thoughts, emotions, and triggers can help you respond more effectively to challenging situations. Self-reflection and journaling can be helpful tools for developing self-awareness.

Seek support: Don't hesitate to reach out to your friends, family, or a mental health professional if you're feeling overwhelmed. Talking about your feelings can help you gain perspective and find solutions to your problems.

Set boundaries: Learn to say no when you need to and prioritize activities that bring you joy and fulfilment. Setting boundaries can help prevent feelings of burnout and overwhelm.

Practice gratitude: Focusing on the things you are grateful for can help shift your perspective and promote a more positive outlook on life.

Engage in activities that promote relaxation: Whether it's meditation, yoga, spending time in nature, or engaging in a hobby you enjoy. Make time for activities that help you relaxed and recharged.

Challenge negative thought patterns: Pay attention to negative self-talk and try to reframe negative thoughts in a more positive or realistic light.

If you struggle to clear your mind enough to focus on this new way of you living (i.e. you doing your thing), try starting your day off by meditating. If you don’t know how to do this, Google: ‘how to meditate’. Then get your body feeling great by doing some yoga – there are loads of yoga DVDs available and free yoga classes on YouTube.

Once you’re feeling physically strong, so you feel happy with your body, give this blog a read again to remind you of the mantras you should say at the start of every day. So, you can go get em’ – your life dream!
