Blog no: 89 If you’re saying I want to feel good about being me, here’s how to feel good......

Do you feel most people in your life are so God damn happy all the time and everything always seems to be going so well for most of them apart from you?


Here’s a thing that should open your eyes to the fact that most people don’t want others to know about themselves being unhappy and about things that have gone wrong for them – great actors hey!


If you can act like someone who feels good, your internal state will change and sorry to sound like a hippy but your vibration will rise. People will wish they had your great shit going on for them. You might be concerned that this is an unhealthy way to raise your vibration, but as the old saying goes ‘fake it ‘til you make it’ works.

Body language not only affects how others see us, but how we see and feel about ourselves.

A report co-authored by social psychologist Amy Cuddy claims that simply doing 3 poses related to power for only 2 minutes a day, will create a 20% increase in the confidence hormone testosterone and a 25% decrease in the stress hormone cortisol – so in your home and when you’re out and about with other humans, stand and move in positions that make you feel more powerful and in more in control of your life – give it a go – the outcomes are only good positive ones, so you’ve nothing to lose. You only gain happiness by standing and acting mentally in control of you, being happy and powerful in life’s situation and challenges.


As good old Albert Einstein said “out of bad situations and bad habits good things can arise. Changes in seeing oneself mentally healthier and living more positively about life work. One is more than capable of doing this – give it a go.

He also said that: ‘The intellect has little to do on the road to recovery. There comes a leap in consciousness. Call it intuition or what you will, and the solution comes to you and you don’t know how or why’.


I often find that I’ll be trying to feel a certain happy way or come up with a decent answer to a problem I’m having - or I want an idea for something to write about, to keep my creative juices flowing and out of nowhere, the answer(s) or idea just come to me.

The ones that just come to me – usually when I’m trying to go to sleep or when I’m sat on the toilet with no way of writing it down, are usually the best ways to sort something and are keepers for success in feeling happier and freer .


Once used I feel satisfied with how my brain is working and I usually get praise because other people, such as my friends have been pondering the same thing(s). So everyone’s a winner if one just uses one’s intuition.

Self-love is the key to unlocking, your greatness. You can love yourself if you take time to appreciate every good quality about yourself and go with your intuition for letting things happen in your life.

If you release undesirable feelings and live in each present moment, so you can experience more joy – you’ll live a greater life when you’ll feel good about being you – GO YOU! x
